By accessing or using the Campaign Analytics Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an internal analytics platform used to aggregate and display social media performance metrics from managed creator accounts. The Service accesses TikTok data via authorized API connections to retrieve engagement metrics and audience demographics for campaign reporting purposes.

3. Account Access

The Service only accesses TikTok accounts for which the operator has been granted explicit backend login credentials and management authorization by the account owners.

4. Data Usage

All data retrieved through the Service is used exclusively for internal campaign performance analysis and client reporting. Data is not sold, shared with unauthorized third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

Users of the Service are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for ensuring they have proper authorization to access managed accounts.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
